Meet The Team

My name is Nicola and I work in "The Hive". I have been part of the Cascades Childcare team for over 10 years. I enjoy watching the children grow and develop. I have completed my BA Hons degree in Early Years & Childhood Studies. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

My name is Flic and I am the deputy manager in Cascades Childcare. I have worked for Cascades for over 10 years and really enjoy working closely with the children and families here, watching them grow and learn. In 2013 I completed my BA Honours degree in Inclusion and Education. Throughout my years in childcare I have been lucky to experience different childcare settings including working in Lanzarote. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as walks in the countryside with my dog.

My name is Hayley. I work with the 2-3 year olds in "The Hive" as a nursery practitioner. Working with children is very rewarding, watching their confidence grow and personalities blossom. I have 3 children of my own and a grandaughter. I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoy walking and reading.

My name is Helen Johnson and I am the Manager of Cascades Childcare. I studied at the University of Central Lancashire where I completed a BA Hons Degree in ‘Early Years Education ‐ Children, Schools and Families’. I have worked in Cascades for over 5 years and previous to this worked at a Pre‐School in Chorley for 10 years. I enjoy all aspects of my job in particular working closely with the families and how my job can vary on a daily basis. I am Mum to three children and have a grandson who keeps me busy most weekends. I also enjoy walking in the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
